Missing fan

I bought a fan online on the 3rd of november last year. Got an email the following week to confirm if i got the deliver( fan wasnt delivered) when i called the customer centre i was told that the fan i purchased was out of stock and will be delivered on the 19th of november. Fine i waited for the 19th and no fan was delivered. I called again and i was told that they are looking into the matter. I keep on getting automated emails from a Zubair Adams that he/she is still looking into the matter. Months later i have no fan or refund. Tried getting a refund but was told they cant give me a refund until they’ve located the fan. Its been months and i’ve had to purchase another fan from somewhere else!! Please dont purchase anything from game online, they are not serious and u’ll have to run after them for your items.
