Missing and Damaged goods

The first time I ordered online, I bought a Tumble dryer, Pillows, a Blanket, and an Office chair. The Invoice was spilt into 2 couries, I received my blanket 2 days after I ordered no problem. The second courier Containing my Office Chair, Tumble dryer, and pillows, will be arriving a day later, when the courier arrives he hands me a medium-sized box and an invoice, told me that box contains all the stuff that's on the invoice, so as he drove off I opened the box and there was only an office chair in there not even wrapped properly, the office chair was a demo on the floor that was disassembled and couriered to me when trying to assemble the chair I notice an arm rest is missing and one of the plastic covers are broken, so I called Game to explain the situation, there was a rude representative answering, I tried to get her name but the lines are so bad I couldn't hear what she was saying, all I got from that conversation is shes gonna call me back. I'm still waiting for the call and still waiting for my tumble dryer and pillows, I would also like a chair that was not a floor demo chair because it's damaged and I paid full price for it.
