Misrepresentation of Contract told item is available while not in stock.

I Purchase Washing Machine and Electrical Stove at Game Wonderpark on Saturday the 02/07 and promised my items will be delivered on the 04/07 as sales person confirm items are available.

Monday i waited with excitement for the delivery nothing delivered give till Wednesday i was told everything is being loaded and is on its way .

Thursday i call the store and transferred to sales person and his manager at the department in question than told my items will be delivered, lthan 17:00 call the store again than i was told they don't have washing machine in stock.

Why it took them so long out of their SLA to realize they don't have one item in stock/warehouse? As customer im currently feeling undermined and transaction was full of false representation and lack of ownership.
