Misrepresentation - "delivery date"
Don't order online. I ordered an item that was on special online. The website indicated the item will be delivered by a certain date, but when the delivery date came, the item was not even dispatched to the couriers yet. I contacted Game, but they could give me no explanation of what happened and no indication when the delivery will be made, so I don't even know IF it will still be delivered. Pathetic. Next time I will rather order from TakeAlot and pay a few Rand more but know I will get the item on time.
