Misleading shoe price at Game Durban Store

I went to Game Store in Durban West Street yesterday, 07 January 2020,when looking for lunch bagsI happen to see school shoes with a price tag of R99 on the board above where the shoes where stacked, I took a pair examined the price on the shoe, the price inside the shoe had been removed with a black marker so I thought this must really be a sale, but just to make sure I asked one on the two gentleman dressed in Game shirts if the price was accurate and the gentleman confirmed that the price shown on the board is the actual price so I headed for the tills only to find the shoe is R339, I was dissapointed at misleading advert, I actually took a picture of the price,but they refused to action Section 23 of the Consumer protection act..
