MISLEADING SERVICE

I bought a logik aircon from Game Louis Trichardt, and was assisted by Mr Peter, and he informed us that the aircon is an inventor. To my surprise, when the people he recommended to install the aircon came they informed us that the aircon was not inventor.

Furthermore, he informed us that we should only use people recommended by them to install, and that if we don't use them, we will lose our warranty. To my surprise this rule is not stipulated anywhere.

I am really disappointed with the service. This thing of them wanting us to use their people, is a way of them robbing us our hard earned money.
