Misleading Promotions and terrible service at Game

Terrible Service, feedback, follow up and most importantly incorrect and misleading advertising. Game advertised a Huawei 10 inch tale online that was valid until 06 June. I checked online and there was no stock available. I then called the Benoni lakeside mall branch who told me to come to the store to complete a call back voucher after which I would get the tablets. When reaching the store I was told a manager could not be found and they took my number and said they would call me back. .....Interesting as I was made to drive all the way for nothing wasting my time and money which meant nothing to the person behind the counter. I then contacted Game head office queries and when I logged back on the website it seems the promotion was removed and I was told there is not stock available even at the normal price. I was offered a tablet for R1000 more each by another branch and I require 2 tablets which is insane. They have also mentioned there is nothing else that can be done. Till now I have not heard anything back.

Have not received such terrible service and misleading promotions before.
