Misleading & poor service delivery

I have experienced an appalling service(possibly **********) having made an online purchase and 22days later have still not received it. Having being told I have received it multiple times and later told there was no stock of the product available on purchase online yet in store is not available. This is misleading and should be taken with an ounce of salt.
