Misleading Policy, Bad Customer service and Rude staff.

On 11/08/2018 we bought a JVC55 UHD SMART LED TV from Game Potchefstroom Mooirivier mall on 17/09/2018 we took it back for software problems as we were 6 days late for the 30 days refund after having to struggle with customer care being rude and non helpfull and no manager in store they booked it in for Assesment/ repair all policies states 21 days now on 5/10/2018 I phoned requiring for information now I am being informed by the most unhelpfull lady its 21 working days? As on all the documents and policy boards and on further investigation on Google it only states 21 days and nowhere 21 working days she said she will find out if she has time and get back to me its been 3 days now and no feed back.
