Misleading of information

I bought a Raleigh bicycle on the 22nd of June 2025 at game store menlyn at 16:34pm I was assisted by a lady who doesn't work in the department as there was Nk one to assist me with my purchase I was never explained anything about return or warranty instead I was told to keep proof of purchase for any return a few days later my 7 year old son was complaining about the chain coming lose today on the 10th as I only got today to return for exchange I'm told by one Gift Marema that no exchange is allowed and only booking will be made not OK only that I stay far to travel to and from home with this big box now I'm being told about policy that I was never told about in the 1st place I will leave the item in the store together with its in invoice it's my loss I don't want it anymore Game Stores Can financially gain from my loss
