Misleading information Price beat

False advertersing from Game, Price beat policy, I saw a fridge on Makro's website and there's no Black Friday deal on the item on the adverti*****t then Game's personnel said they can't beat the price while yesterday a personnel from Game said Makro's price is more than Game they can't beat the price. When I probed about the information I was never provided instead they said they going to investigate.

If Game Store doesn't beat price must inform the clientele instead of back and fourth with misleading information.

I saw the fridge at an Online store first then they rejected that that company is not nationwide blah blah wherereas the company services nationwide even though is an Online.

Then I saw the same item at Makro now it's been back and forth, I don't understand why Game is misleading clientele since the 27th I've been liaising with them, with new excuses everyday.

Since the 27th I've been told about this escalation and investigation, I wonder what does the customer service real mean to Game, if Game can't the promises as per your online policy NCR needs to take a look as it is false marketing I have dealt with personnel that are not knowledgeable people that can not substantiate their facts. I mean I am not blind photos were sent the inconvenience is beyond.
