Misleading Delivery Notice – Driver Returned with My Item!

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I received a delivery notification from Game today at 11:00 AM, stating that my order will be delivered. However, as of now, I have received absolutely nothing. After following up, I saw that the driver returned with my item – without any explanation or attempt to contact me upon arrival.

This is completely unacceptable. I waited all morning for this delivery and made sure I was available, only to be misled by a false delivery notice. Not only have I wasted my time, but now I also have to deal with the inconvenience of not knowing when or if my item will actually be delivered.

Game, please take responsibility for this poor service. Your communication, accountability, and delivery process need serious improvement. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation.
