Misleading Customer

Game advertise products on sale when u get there they always out of stock , It happens every week and every time, You waste petrol and time every time going out to any of the stores , just to hear there's no stock or the stock hasn't come in and that is when the sale has been running for a week or more , They almost like a broken record. In early December 2014 they advertised a tablet , get there same story stock has not arrived 2weeks later same story , fInally the stock arrived bought one and the device is broken, went back 2 days later to exchange it guess what NO STOCK ,I ended up buying a much more expensive device as Xmas was 1 day away and the gift was for my child , the devise lasted till Feb 2015 just to find out it's production faulty. Secondly they have a \raincheck"policy you go through all the admin and waiting in queues and no one bothers to call. So many people are complaning and feeling frastrated about the same thing and Top level managment does nothing "
