Misleading 'Competition' offers

They invite you to buy from them with a competition and vouchers to win, but there is absolutely no link where one can participate in the survey. The barcode and the QR code also don't work, as the QR code is not clear because the ink at the till doesn't come through clearly. The *** only directs you to the terms and conditions with no survey to be seen. Customer care phoned me after my complaint but also did not understand it and therefore couldn't assist me. I am mad because it is not only misleading, it also wastes my time. So, is this a real competition or just a way to attract customers?
