Misleading and no responsibility due to their own fault

I bought a HP laptop from Game trade route last year which is only six months old. This laptop was on display already set up and on promotion. I asked if there is a still a warranty on it and they assured me if I have any problems I can bring it back. My laptop went into bit locker on the 10th April to date they refuse to fix my laptop stating it not their problem and I must make a plan to take it to their supplier and fetch it at my own cost as well as pay for them to remove the bit locker. I trust this gets noted and sorted out with priority by the most senior of people as this is regarded as misleading and *************.....a total **** if I must buy something with a warranty. Between game and the supplier someone MUST sort this out! It has been bought for the sole purpose for studies and I get told by game and complaints department since 10th April it's not their problem. They should bare the cost of all this as I still have this laptop under warranty. I NEED THIS SORTED OUT NOW.
