Misleading and False Adverti*****t

The latest Game pamphlets advertising specials nationally, valid from 21 February 2018 to 06 March 2018, were placed in mailboxes on 20 February 2018. However, Game retracted the special on the Samsung Grand Prime Plus cellphone advertised at R1 199-00. NEW PAMPHLETS reflecting a price of R1 799-00 were printed and distributed in stores nationally. Photostats of their "We're sorry...." apologies were not displayed together with the phone. They are not interested in honouring the original advertised price. Does it make ANY economical sense to reprint thousands of coloured pages, as well as the photostatting of hundreds of apology pages, instead of just honouring their advertised price and keep their loyal customers happy? Do the maths and calculate the sales of the specific phone in the specified timeframe of the special against the cost of a major marketing faux pa!
