Misleading adverti*****ts from Game store

This is not stock piling related but to inform fellow stockpiles to becareful of Game's false adverts and them misleading customers. 2 weeks ago there was advert online for a 3 piece luggage set. There was no stock online so I had gone instore to purchase. When I got in store was informed it's a 1 piece and not 3 piece set. I contacted customer service and immediately they removed the advert implying they are able to see how misleading the advert was and that it amounted to false advertising. After 2 weeks, around 6 emails and numerous posts online eventually customer service gave feedback they will not be honouring the advert and they are covered by their terms and conditions and they were not wrong in their advert. If they were not misleading in their ad why did they immediately remove from online? Stores like Checkers and Picknpay when they make errors in their adverts ensure they honour advert even if it's not what they intended. Very bad service from Game. Be careful with Game adverts, they are misleading us customers
