Misleading adverti*****t from game

On 09/12/2023 I visit game Polokwane to purchase 2 x airconditioners which was advertised in the game booklet/pamflet. I requested the person who assisted me to open the box to confirm the product is correct. The product inside the box was not the product that was advertised. They went to check for the correct stock and came back and said the item code is correct according to the advertisedmen. The add shows "Digital Inverter" but the product offered was "non-inverer". The department manager promised to call me back after enquire with head office. On 12/12/2023 I called him to get clarity wherevhe told me that he still waiting for response from head office. I visit game Polokwane again where the store manager told me that someone will call me back. On 20/12/2023 I called the department manager again where he told me that he still waiting for feedback from his head office. On 21/12/2023 he called me back(1st time in 12days) to informed me that game made a mistake to advertise the wrong product and he can't get the product that was advertised. This confirms that Game is misleading the public by advertising one product but selling another product instead. This was ment to be a Chrustmas present but I was forced to buy from another supplier. I want to alert the public when concider buying from game stories.
