Misleading advertising and untruthful salesman

Game advertised a Spinsport table-tennis table with accessories. Firstly this seems to have been false advertising because none of the your stores in Pretoria had the accessories. I phoned 3 and visited 2 stores.

I phoned numerous branches and when I phoned the centurion branch they confirmed that they had "lots" of stock of the table as well as the accessories. I expressly asked about the accessories as the other stores had stock of tables but not accessories as advertised.

I drove all the way from Pretoria North, paid parking, toll-fees etc. to get to the Centurion branch. Apparently they **** when they told me they had stock. When I asked the salesman why they **** to me over the phone he just shrugged and said they probably just sold out already.

I am appalled at the service I received as well as the poor advertising of game. I will ensure that I will give Game and any of its affiliate store a big miss in the future.
