Misleading Advertising

I took out a pamphlet at game lephalale on friday. As a new mother i am always looking for special prices on pampers nappies. I went to edgars on Saturday to buy the nappies that were on special on the pamphlet it was a combo of pampers and baby wipes. it was 99 rand when i got to the till the price was diferent with the one advertised the cashier told me that maybe it was not loaded yet to the system and she called the supervisor the supervisor came in and told me that she is going to fix it only to come back with a paper that says sorry incorrect price. i told her that i was not happy i came in because i saw the special only to be told that it was a mistake. I asked them why did they not put the paper next to nappies so that we can see before taking the nappies why keep it at information desk. I asked to speak to the manager and she phoned the manager and explained the problem but the manager did not want to come and see me instead he told the lady (LISBETH) call the the person works at that department when he came he was very rude to me then the lady ask her to apologise as he told me that he only received one pamphlet from head office. is this the way of doing business by mislea
