Mislead
i called Game grand central to confirm if my device was ready to collect and the customer service again advise yes to my surprises when i arrived at the store it has not even left yet...as i explain to the consultant i was just doing a follow up but the fact remain is they told me it was ready to collect (i work in green point so i had to go all the way to cape town just to be disappointed)

11 Apr 2019, 11:34thank you for your response but I'm not trying to be difficult, as I explain to the agent when I took the device they advise me 14 days and all I was doing is a follow up call as I currently don't have a phone to receive any feedback (you may contact me on ********** 301 during my lunch time @ 13h00)
