Mindblowing service from Johannes Makathi

I visited the mall@redsvstire late afternoon after I could find items at mall of Africa. To my surprise they were also out of stock of the same items. It would seem impractical that the exact same items were out of stock,as I walked towards the door a gentlemen, Johannes Makhati saw my irritation and asked if he could help. I say probably not since you'll don't have any stock. He said let him know the products and he will check. So I showed him 2 different products and he promised to go to the store room. After 5 minutes he shows up with 1 of the items and says he doesn't have the other, before I could say anything he said, however let me made up the item by smaller sizes to give you the same quantity at the same price. I was amazed. I didn't think they would do that, this showed me real customer focus values. He even got me an open till, called in the supervisor, did all the calculations, loaded my trolley and without expecting anything, wished me a good evening further. It has been years, since I felt joy with service like this, and I hope Johannes is taken care off, groomed and grown to 1 day lead the brand.
