Mindblowing service

I saw an adverti*****t for a chest freezer, but there was no stock. Then another adverti*****t came for the same freezer and still no stock. I visited the N1 City branch and the friendly assistant, Clinton Lovell asked me to come back 4 days later. I went on the 5th day. He was on duty again and busy with a group and arranging for a fridge at another branch. While networking, he requested me to jot down my details for delivery. He apologized for the waiting as he was alone. I did not mind as he tried his best in a very calm way. He promised delivery after 3 days and so it was. I am impressed with his service. He mentioned that he would like to give good service. Indeed he sticked to his promise. Then, walking through the store, 2 staff members approached me for assistance. There was a long queue. I had to pay for the chest freezer and thought of how long I would have to queue. The next moment that queue just moved. Within 2 minutes I was at the till with a friendly cashier. Fullmarks and great service. Definitely promoting this branch! Amazing!
