Milex Air-fryer factory fault

Game sells the Milex Hurricane Air-Fryer and I bought two just before the lockdown took effect, hoping to make great food. Then I found that the unit switched off when you close the top/door. However, if you lift it up a little, it starts the oven up. So then you push it down again and the oven switches off again. So it will only work while the door is open. An open oven can never work. It is a factory fault in my opinion and they should replace it. I would like them to deliver a new one/two to my door.
