Microwave under warranty not repaired

Game has abused me as a client. It's been 7 months now. Game refused to repair my microwave. They quoted me R1100, That's 50% of the original cost of the microwave, to have it repaired which I refused to pay as the microwave is still under warranty. I shouldn't have to pay for repairs. They called me to come collect the microwave only to be told that it's not repaired as I didn't pay the repair fees.

I am very frustrated at this moment and feel undervalued and undermined as a customer. This is totally bullying and unacceptable.
