MEVER BUY LAPTOPS FROM GAME STORES

I bought a laptop from Game (Menlyn mall) last year (2020 march). The lady at the checkpoint encouraged me to pay for an extended warranty (4 years) in case something happens to my laptop. A year later ,in March 2021, my laptop suddenly stopped working. I happily came back to Game because I bought the warranty, right? Wrong!! Apparently Game doesnt do extended warranty on laptops! Yet they sold me the warranty last year. I'm starting to think they sold me damaged goods on purpose. I'm so frustrated because now I'm sitting with a broken laptop and no help at all. This is disgusting.
