Messy Massmart

I purchased a fridge from Game and a microwave oven from Dion Wired online on 24 November 2017 to take advantage of Black Friday specials. It’s now day 10 and I still haven’t received my fridge and microwave. I have called the Game and Dion Wired contact centres; I have gone to the Game Fourways store, Dion Wired Cedar Square and Woodmead stores; and I have called the 2 courier companies that Massmart uses, namely Time Freight and Dawn Wing; and no one can locate and give me any information on both my orders. I moved into a new place on Friday and I don’t have a fridge and microwave oven which I purchased and paid for. What a joke?!?!?!
