Meshack (Game Manager) and his staff worst customer service!

My dishwasher broke for 3rd time. The 1st and 2nd time it got repaired while it was still under warranty, now it broke for the 3rd time but it is on extended warranty. Games warranty departmet is such a mess that they dont have machines papers on record and now they accuse me that I did not pay for my extended warranty, but I did. Their paper work is not up to date and now they want to put blame on the customer. Their attitude suck and service is poor!
