My order was “picked up” as part of the return process on the 16th of February 2026. From their very own communication it will take 3-5 days for my money to be refunded. When I queried the refund I was told it is 7-14 days, when I asked how it would take that much time if I didn’t pay by eft. Mariam stopped responding thereafter
