Game RCS is just a joke, I've been paying my account in store ever since and for some reason I'm told that my account is in arrears from December. I went to enquire at the Eastgate store where I always make the payments and when I got there I was told that it was supposed to be debited and when I asked why were they allowing me to pay in store they called some department as they didn't have the answers. On the phone I was told to email bank statements from December to June which I did but I got no response from them, didn't reply on the email nor call. Today I got a call from another *********** company telling me that I my account was handed over, when I asked about the email I sent they hanged up. I have two accounts with game and the other one which is game finance and that one is upto date, how can I pay for one and leave the other, as it shows on my statements that I was paying for two. I'm really disappointed with the service from game
