Mediocre service

I ordered a set of pots at Game online on the 2nd June ,I received the pots on the 3rd and I didn't really like the pots after seeing them.I did a Return Request Online and returned the pots on the 5th June at Game @Carnival Mall, I spoke to the Store Manager by the name of Aniel who adviced that he will notify the Online Department to process my refund.I'm very disappointed with how they handle the refund process ,it's very different to a purchase .I have not been contacted regarding my refund till this day, even after emailing the store for feedback and calling their Online Customer service.My banking details were not once mentioned, which makes me wonder how my refund will be processed.Extremely disappointing and mediocre service.
