Mediocre Customer Service

<p>I came to one of your stores at Johannesburg CBD and opened an account. After qualifying I<br />recieved an sms declaring that im going to get R400 voucher. When I<br />came to collect your card the person assisting me told me they no<br />longer give out vouchers anymore as they ran out of them and havent recieved communication from headoffice since. I called<br />customer care as I wanted to buy something before a promotion ends and<br />the lady said the vouchers can only be given at the store I must go<br />back and collect them as I collect the card. I went back and they gave<br />me the same story that they don't give them out anymore. I wrote out<br />to your social media platforms to explain my problem and they rep****<br />with a robotic message asking me to call the customer care line as<br />its an account related query. I called once again and the lady that<br />assisted me with reference number ********** 00005 assured me that<br />game Game doesnt give out vouchers at the store anymore but I shouldnt<br />worry as the voucher will reflect on my statement and they will minus<br />the amount of the voucher from my balance. That never happened!!! I<br />called back concerned and spoke to another Agent Sinazo reference<br />number ********** 00604 and she told me that wont happen Game only gives<br />out hardcopy vouchers and I will recieve it via post on Tuesday 18<br />april. None of your staff is clued up on hw these vouchers work and I<br />bought a washing machine with the impression that im recieving a<br />voucher for opening your rcs card. This the worst customer service, I'v<br />wasted my time and money trying to get help from all platforms!!!</p>
