i bought a brand new iphone 11 that was on special on sunday then on monday the phone battery was hot and not operating as expected.i took the phone to Game store in cresta but i was told the phone is working i should bring my charger as a proof that im charging the phone with original charger.On wednesday i took the phone back with the original charger and they made it difficult for me before they could take it back.Now i have to wait 21 days for feedback if i will be refunded or not while the phone never worked from day 1?!!!!!!im frustrated and will never buy phones from this store again.The staff told me the phone might be a preowned meaning this was a false adverti*****t ,i bought the phone under the impression thats its new,now my money is gone and i still dont have a phone
