****med by Game (courier)

I've been ****med by Game courier. I placed an order on the 24th November 2023 and on the 27 I received sms stating that my parcel was delivered and signed by me. I tried to report the matter at Game online that the courier falsely updated the status because I was at work and I did not received or signed for my order. They told me that my parcel was sent back to Game Westgate and it went missing, after that Game kept on sending me emails and messages stating that my parcel was delivered and signed by me. I even sent them several emails explaining to them that I didn't receive my parcel, so they told me that the matter is with head of online investigation as soon as they find something they will contact me. I really need help, I never thought Game will **** me like this. I feel as if they're protecting Game Westgate or courier
