MBD treats people like ****

Got a call from your collections MBD at 07:31 this morning. With a lady screaming at me telling me i better listen to her. Forcing me to get a debit order because my account is blocked and eft will not work telling me my account will be hand over Yes i got behind but with a company that does this. How can you treat people like this. I am making payments trying to get on track and you do this. MBD should not talk to clients she was very rude you can trace the call and listen to it.
