Masstores trading as Game is terrible ecpesially the one in pietermartzburg liberty mall

Wish I can have the option to click no starts this ompany does not even deserve one star Game pietermartzburg liberty mall has the worst customer service the worst people that works there they don't know how to speak to a customer We bought a trimtech petrol lawnmower on the 26 December when we want to use it on the 27th it broke the blade is not working we took it back we do not stay close so we had to drive from winterton all the way back and eversince then we have not receive any feedback as to what's wrong with the lawnmower will we receive a new one will we even get our money back if they cannot fix it it's terrible I've been phoning every day and the people there takes your details but don't think they will phone you back oh no that's a crive against nature I'm so fustrates we cannot just drive to pmz as we are more than 120km from there but they don't care it's not there problem I really hope alot of people reads my bad review please guys stay away from game any game their service is terrible it's not the first time we support this company and get this bad service
