Masstores Trading as Game are useless when assisting with faulty purchases

I bought a AEG 4plate gas stove from Game in May 2021 and currently only one bar is working in the oven. I have contacted the Game center in early April and till date no technician was sent to assist me. The defy fridge was also not working and was purchased the same time as the stove however I had to contact Defy myself as Game was to slow and Defy sent out a technician within two days of the compliant. So my question is , if you purchase from Game, you will have to contact the manufacturers as the store just doesn't care?
