Martin Petersen - Great Customer Service S****s

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to commend an employee at Game at Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town - by the name of Martin *Petersen (*my spelling might be wrong). I must admit that I have not had the best experiences at this particular store, but I have noticed that this gentleman is always at the ready and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction and service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 28 April 2017, the store was quite busy. I asked for stock availibility of the Polaroid wireless speaker that was on sale. Only the display unit was on the shelf. After speaking to 2 different sales assistants at the electronics section (they said they are awaiting delivery of stock); I then approached Martin as I regularly see him at that store and he always proves to be very helpfull. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was not let down as he eagerly went and got me the speaker from the storage. This is not the first or second time that Martin has been a great help to me. Despite many bad reviews of this store, it is only fair that I give the due respect and appreciation to the employees who are always striving to be the best at their workplace; Martin Petersen is one of them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Mr. Petersen :) </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
