Marissa the admin manager with attitude

Bad service from an admin manager at Game in Alberton city. We bought a microwave from their store worth R1799 with a 10 year warranty but misplaced my slip. She checked my transaction using the barcode and found the slip but didn't want to help. She told me that even if I had to come with the bank statement she won't help if it's over three months which doesn't make any brains. I know it's my fault for misplacing my slip but I'm sure she can try and assist a customer. Stinking attitude, she doesn't deserve to see customers in front she deserves to do paper work maybe she'll become an admin director. Useless
