Marchelle Adams is the BEST!

I'll give credit, where credit is due. Long story short, I bought a Discovery Gazebo online and on the first use, the canvas started tearing in a couple of different places. Closest Game to me was at the Somerset Mall. Called them up, spoke to a lady by the name of Marchelle Adams in customer services to help me with the matter at hand with either a refund or an exchange. She assisted me very quickly and efficiently over the phone and advised me what is needed in order to process my request. Got there on Friday, handed everything to her and my Gazebo problems are a thing of the past. She helped me and my husband in less than 30mins.
