Managers give pathetic customer service

I purchased stainless steel roasting pans and I returned as it was rusty after ew months. Game CBD had no stock spoke to a manager Jaryd who promised to check with the mall branch and call me and he did not. Yesterday I went to see him and he told me he does not know why the store did not contact me. I found out he was lying from what he was saying. He said he will check and call me as yet no call received. As a manger he needs to take accountability and keep to his word. This is not customer service. This is the service from Game management?????
