Manager with no customer service

Bought a new tv and tested it in-store with 2 salesmans, one went off to help someone else and the other loaded the tv by himself in the box. I had to help carry the tv with the salesman. I left the tv at home and went back to work, after i was done working i went home to put my new tv in place and after switching it on the screen was damaged. I had no way to damage it as i didn't remove it from the box at home. I went to the manager on 18 may 2024 and before even listening to my complaint he saud that he doesn't care what i say if the screen is broken it is my problem and he won't do anything to help me because it's my fault and that's that. I want a new tv because there is no way that i could damage the tv
