Manager who makes Game City Proud

I needed to buy a decoder for my son who was at work and I was on my way to KZN. The Manager attended to assisting me personally. He got all the necessary documentation completed efficiently and must I add promptly. He not only handed the decoder over to my Son a few days later but also sent a person to assist him connect the decoder. This Manager is, in my considered opinion, one who sets a standard for other Managers to emulate. He gave me the impression that he did not consider his position of that of a Chain Store Manager: I believe that he saw this as his own personal store. Gratitude and compliments to you!
