Manager who cares about himself only and not customers 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡no customer services experience whatsoever

I’m from the store now. I must say big up to Kim, she deserves Gerald’s job. She’s supposed to be promoted because she’s doing Gerald’s job. What the guy does is to send her from pillar to post while he sits in his office doing nothing. His is very very bad with customers he doesn’t respect his customers. Game will or might lose customers because of the manager, Kim deserves the manager’s sit maybe Game will have customers following in everyday instead of an empty shop. Keep it up Kim👏👏👏👏. Out with the current Manager in with Kim. Thank you
