Manager Tshepo menlyn Game

I bought a microwave in 2019 which i was not informed about the extended warranty on day of purchase. I took my microwave back to game which they booked it with russell hobbs which russell hobbs then say they cant help as i didnt register on day of purchase. After a months i only received a call 2day from a rude manager by the name of Tshepo who was nt willing to answer my question but only defending his consultant.
