Manager is arrogant
I went to Game to purchase a remote. i informed the manager that the remote was cheaper at Mica. He called Mica and said that the makes were different and that the price was actually R150. i told him the pamphlet was R99.99. he insinuated that i was lying. I went to Mica and bought the remote, and went back to Game to show him that i paid R99.99. He was rude and arrogant and i waved at him and walked away. he then lifted his hand. i went back and told him that his attitude stinks. Game Ladysmith, you just lost a customer

Our team members understand that this is a disciplinary offence.
