Manager does not bother about customer service

<p>I went to Game during my lunch break today and there was no stock of advertised goods. This is always with the this store where stock are not in that is advertised. I spoke to a Coloured manager who referred me to Reuben as he did not bother to assist me. I left the message with Reuben for the manager to contact me as yet no call I received. This is an inconvenience as after work i had to purchas from another store the hedge Shear. The Coloured mager does not keep to his word as previously many times he said he will get stock of low fat yogurt, fat free milk and flora proactiv, as yet no sign of these items. Today there were no Hege Shear advertised for R99 and Aquelle 6 pack still water. Very Poor service especially from the Coloured manager who does not keep to his word. Prices is not the cheapest in Game, only certain items.</p>
