Mall@reds game should close their doors

Do not support them, I went to the store, in Mall@reds in Centurion, wanted to buy a laptop, and it showed a sign that stock was temporarily unavailable, after waiting 30 minutes with no assistance, i went to look for help, to find out when they would get stock, and according to the staff member, this item was discontinued and they would never receive stock. What a shocker, that means it was false advertising and they are misleading the public I complained to their head office, who asked the manager of the store to call me, and he offered me R500 off a discontinued product, display model. What an insult, so now i go to national consumer protection to lodge a complaint against them
