mall @reds game

Good day

I took time to cool down before I wrote this!!!!

I am frustrated from start again!!!!!!

game mall at reds is the worst game EVER!!!!

I do not even know why I go back there!!!!

2 Years ago we wanted to buy a new washing machine we phoned to see if they had stock!!!!!

Took them 5 hours to phone me back!!!! It took game centurion mall 3 mins to phone back by the time reds mall branch phoned back I was already busy doing washing with the new machine!!!!

Right fast forward last year December the service went from BAD TO LETS SAY NOT EXICTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

I will not mention the rest.

On Sunday my daughter wanted to go to game to buy whatever with her pocket money!!!!

And once again the service is ****!!!!!

The lady at the till has no manners what so ever rude as hell for doing HER job!!!!!

And the "supervisor" or whatever was even worst!!!!

It won’t help to revamp the store but the staff has that type of attitude!!!!!

I will in my life not set foot in that game store again!!!!

Maybe send you staff to centurion branch for customer service training.

Maybe your store will then get some more clients!!!!
