Mall@Carnival *****

I am highly disappointed in their delivery service at Mall @ Carnival Game. I bought a washing machine on Thursday in-store after being promised that it was next day delivery. After calling and put on hold the whole day on Monday, I finally got a response today only to be told there is no washing machine in-stock and they don't know when the warehouse will replenish the stock. The gentleman I spoke too told me it could take weeks or months. So now I have to endure winter without a washing machine because of their incompetence. Quite frankly I would rather have a refund than wait because it is pure ***** to sell something that you don't have in stock.
